David Goldman Managing Partner dgoldman@alliedretailpartners.com David S. Goldman is a Managing Partner of Allied Retail Partners, LLC. David has 22 years of broad commercial real estate experience that includes all aspects of property acquisition and development, site selection, entitlements, leasing, financing, marketing and corporate strategy. A strong believer in entrepreneurship, David has started or participated in the origination of four successful real estate companies in his career. An expert on retail leasing, David has led or participated in panel discussions at various industry conferences. Prior to forming Allied Retail Partners, LLC with Doug Beiswenger, David was President of Goldman Retail Associates, a commercial real estate firm specializing in the leasing, investment and development of shopping centers throughout Southern California. In addition to completing numerous development and investment transactions as a principal, Goldman Retail Associates was the largest Rite Aid surplus store broker in the United States, successfully completing in excess of 50 sublease transactions over a 4-year period. David received his undergraduate degree from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania in 1985, where he majored in Marketing and Management of Entrepreneurship and minored in Finance. David is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Association of Corporate Real Estate Executives. David is active in a number of charities including United Jewish Fund, Helping Hands for the Blind, and the Union Rescue Mission. |

Douglas T. Beiswenger Managing Partner dbeiswenger@alliedretailpartners.com Douglas T. Beiswenger is a Managing Partner of Allied Retail Partners, LLC. Doug has over 12 years of real estate development experience, as a principal, managing all facets of real estate development, including acquisitions, syndications, entitlements, leasing, financing, construction, management, and dispositions. Doug has acquired and developed shopping centers, office buildings, high density residential buildings, and mixed use projects (containing retail, office and residential uses). Doug’s retail experience includes development of retail properties of many sizes and types, in a variety of real estate markets, with major national retailers ranging from restaurants and boutiques to big boxes. Prior to forming Allied Retail Partners, LLC with David Goldman, Doug was a principal investor and developer in various real estate projects, including retail, residential, and office developments. Doug is a graduate of the 1993 class of California Polytechnic University in Pomona, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, Real Estate and Law. Doug is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, Association of Corporate Real Estate Executives, and the Building Industry Association. |

Zachary S. Sussman Leasing Director zsussman@alliedretailpartners.com Zachary S. Sussman is the Leasing Director for Allied Retail Partners, LLC. Zach’s primary responsibilities include overseeing the company’s leasing and marketing activities for new developments and existing properties. Through his extensive knowledge of the retail market in Southern California, Zach works closely with the Managing Partners to create and execute strategic leasing plans for each property. Since joining the company in February 2002, Zach has been involved in leasing numerous projects, including Bel Maré, an upscale specialty retail center in Newport Beach, CA and The Plaza at Upland, the 42-acre mixed use development in Upland, CA. Prior to joining Allied Retail Partners, LLC, Zach was a Business Analyst for Homestore Inc. Zach received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Wisconsin at Madison in 1998. Zach is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Association of Commercial Real Estate. |

Adam Bleibetreu Director of Media ableibtreu@alliedretailpartners.com Adam Bleibtreu is the Director of Media for Retail Media Company (RMC), a division of Allied Retail Partners, LLC. Adam is responsible for overseeing the company’s media initiatives, specifically the integration of media and technology within shopping centers and retailer operations. Adam is one of the foremost authorities in Digital Signage and IPTV networks. His 25 years of experience in advertising, media and marketing include the design, implementation, and integration of the first digital networks in themed restaurants, shopping malls and conventions centers in the United States. Some of his recent work includes co-founding and launching Gas Station TV, the foremost digital signage network located in gas station forecourts. In addition, he was the VP of New Media for the Hollywood & Highland project, a mixed use facility in Los Angeles that includes the Academy Award Theater, a 450-room hotel and 400,000 square feet of retail space. He was responsible for not only the Network, but also for generating over $25 million in guarantied revenue from media sales from the project. Adam also served as the initial VP of Creative Services and Advertising for the WB Television Network, where he supported the launch of both the Network and its shows. Prior to the WB, for five years Mr. Bleibtreu served as the Director of Advertising for LA Gear, where he led the advertising and media efforts, which supported over $1 billion of sales. Adam’s experience covers the spectrum from content development and production through scheduling and programming networks. As an award winning producer and director as well as a senior marketing executive, Mr. Bleibtreu has a body of experience that allows him to create networks which provide a relevant viewing experience for their audiences. |
